Purchase and Return of Vehicle: On December 9, 2023, I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler for $21,000. The vehicle was returned on December 13, 2023, due to multiple defects. The dealer agreed to fix all the problems and promised that the vehicle would be ready soon.

Unfulfilled Repairs: After two and a half months, I was informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup. My associates went to collect the car, which was left in an isolated area. It was 6 PM, and they were forced to take the car without the opportunity to test it. Upon driving, they discovered that none of the promised repairs had been made. The steering was dangerously defective, the brakes were malfunctioning, the AC, radio, and windows were non-functional, and there were severe suspension issues.

Continued Payments Without Use: Despite the vehicle being inoperable and sitting at the dealer's location for nearly three months, I have been making payments on the Jeep without being able to drive it.

Fraud and Financial Discrepancies:

The entire transaction was conducted through text messages and phone calls as I reside in Miami. I have attached all the relevant communications and the buyer's order to support my claims.
After reviewing the signed documents, I discovered significant discrepancies. The vehicle, which was negotiated for $21,000, was marked up to $25,700 in the contract. Additional fees brought the total cost to over $31,200, minus my $4,000 deposit. This is a clear case of fraud, as I was pressured into signing the documents quickly, trusting the dealer, Mr. Lyonel Cadet, to be honest in the dealings.

I am seeking a resolution that includes the rectification of financial discrepancies, reimbursement for the undue payments made, and proper repairs to the vehicle as initially promised.
