Workflow Process


  1. Submission of Complaint
    • Users submit their complaints through the Conplaint app.
  1. Initial Case Review
    • Case Reviewer evaluates the complaint to determine its validity and gathers preliminary information.
  1. Investigation
    • If the complaint is valid, the Private Investigator conducts a thorough investigation, collecting evidence and compiling a report.
  1. Case Preparation
    • The Paralegal prepares the legal documents and organizes the case file based on the investigator’s report.
  1. Business Liaison
    • The Business Liaison Officer ensures clear communication with clients and partners throughout the process, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
  1. Legal Action
    • If necessary, the case is escalated to legal counsel for further action, such as litigation or settlement negotiations.
