Workflow Process
Submission of Complaint- Users submit their complaints through the Conplaint app.
- Initial Case Review
- Case Reviewer evaluates the complaint to determine its validity and gathers preliminary information.
- Investigation
- If the complaint is valid, the Private Investigator conducts a thorough investigation, collecting evidence and compiling a report.
- Case Preparation
- The Paralegal prepares the legal documents and organizes the case file based on the investigator’s report.
- Business Liaison
- The Business Liaison Officer ensures clear communication with clients and partners throughout the process, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
- Legal Action
- If necessary, the case is escalated to legal counsel for further action, such as litigation or settlement negotiations.
